🌿✨ Today in the Forest… ✨🌿
During today’s Sylvotherapy session, we were welcomed by a beautiful sign from nature—three wild turkey mothers leading twenty-two tiny babies through the woods on our way to the creek.
We followed the forest trail to our special place beside the water, where we grounded ourselves in the Earth, listened to the flowing creek, and experienced the song of the muscadine grapes through our PlantWave. As the vines sang, we sat together in stillness, listening not only with our ears, but with our hearts.
These moments remind us that the forest is alive with wisdom, music, and connection. Every tree, vine, bird, insect, and stream has a story to tell when we slow down enough to listen.
🌿 You are invited to join us.
Every Tuesday from 2:30–5:30 PM, Adult Autism Advocates (AAA) hosts Sylvotherapy sessions in the forest behind Breezy Hill Meadworks in Smithfield, Virginia.
Simply follow the trail past the end of the event grounds and continue to the magical creek. You’ll find us there—listening to the forest, connecting with nature, and building community.
All humans. All ages. All abilities. Always accepted. Always.
Come sit with us.
Come breathe with us.
Come listen to the song of the Earth.
