A Day in the Life: Intern Edition! 📸🚜

Josie, our Ag marketing & communications Intern, and Maggie, our 4-H intern, spent the day exploring local farms. They met with farmers, learned about their operations, and even got to ride in a tractor to see fields being plowed!

Of course, they brought their cameras along too, capturing photos and videos that help showcase the people and stories behind Johnston County agriculture.

Join youth from across the state for one of the most exciting events of the year, NC 4-H Congress!

NC 4-H Congress is an annual statewide leadership event that brings together outstanding 4-H youth from across North Carolina for an engaging and memorable experience. Participants will take part in leadership development, hands-on workshops, service projects, and recognition events while connecting with peers and building lasting friendships.

Open to youth ages 13–18 as of January 1, 2026
Location: NC State University, Raleigh, NC
Dates: July 20–23, 2026
Cost: $200 (includes lodging, select meals, and conference materials)

This event is a highlight of the 4-H year and a valuable opportunity for youth to grow as leaders and celebrate their achievements within North Carolina 4-H.
