Round 2 for the Patterson Family Foundation Grants are open! Please register if you would like to submit an application this grant cycle!

Register Today! If you’re planning to apply for Round 2 of The Patterson Family Foundation 2026 Grant Application and haven’t previously registered, now is the time to do so.

Registration closes May 6 at 12:00 PM (CST).

Registration approvals take a few days, so we encourage new users to sign up early to allow the maximum time to prepare and submit their application materials.

If you have previously submitted an application and already have a grant portal login, you do not need to register again.

Smith County showed up in a BIG way! Thanks to your incredible generosity, the Smith County Community Foundation officially hit our Match Month goal! 🎉👏

These funds will support local projects across Smith County, completed by non-profits, schools, churches, and government entities — strengthening our community today and for years to come.

We are officially over halfway to our goal Smith County! We have 9 days left to make our goal. We can do this!! Our final week of Match Month will be highlighting all the "magic" the community foundation has done in our county with the funds we've raised over the years with our match months!

🎉Match Month Update🎉

We are over 1/3 of the way to our goal! Let's keep it up Smith County; we can do it! If we make it to our goal of $100,000, the Dane G Hansen Foundation and the Patterson Family Foundation will match making our efforts a grand total of $300,000!

Don't forget our Open House at the office on Wednesday from 10:00-1:00pm and the Open House in Kensington on Thursday from 10:00-12:00pm. We hope to see you all there!
