We can’t thank you all enough for the sweet memories you shared with us. Your lives have changed ours in so many beautiful ways and we will forever cherish each and every story.

Talk about some bitter sweet boxes! We will have 12 winners at midnight (PST) who will receive the final BFF Boxes of Joy. These boxes include some of the sweet goodies that were leftover from our previous boxes of joy or were once destined for the most special families. We hope these boxes spread the love that The BFF hoped to give.

We hoped to be the place of joy, happiness, connection, wellness, and togetherness in the EB community, and now we hope to be the memory that continues those feelings. With the deepest sadness, we announce that The Butterfly Family Fund will be shut down on December 31st. My parents created something truly special and for no other reason than to make a difference for those that deserve it most. Although I didn’t get to live out my dream of making it happen, I will forever be grateful for every memory, smile, and moment that you all created to make my life a million times better.

As a final farewell, we hope to spread just a wee bit more joy! We have quite a few goodies leftover from all of our boxes of joy, and what better way to make them joyful than to send them all to you! Leave us a comment about a special memory, a moment, or a feeling that the Butterfly Family Fund created in your life. Before midnight tomorrow, December 31st, we will announce the winners of the final BFF boxes of joy-boxes that are designed to bring happiness, wellness, and love into your home and life. Old memories came forward from 2018...some of you will see your "teenagers" as little's! We made this video for an EB event.
So incredibly blessed to have known all these children through the years and to still know so many of them now and for the ones no longer here on earth, we will always remember your story. "Grateful" doesn't even express the immensity of these times.

We made this video 14 years ago…4 years after we started our journey into The Butterfly Family Fund. We’ve truly been witness to the most beautiful humans on this planet who just needed someone to care. So many of these children we still are in touch with today, but sadly… so incredibly sadly, so many of them are now angels. Angels who have shaped our lives and who have given us the strength to keep making a difference and keep caring. If you have been with us on this journey-all 60,000+ of you, we thank you 🙏 ❤
