Keep our beloved country in your prayers. The state we work in, Queretaro, is being hit as well. The Governor has decided to close state borders and only essential workers go to work this week. Schools, stores, corporations among other business have been shut down until further notice.

Keep our churches in your prayers. Pray that God places a hedge of protection around them. We will continue to monitor the situation from here in Slocomb Alabama. We speak with the people down constantly to get get hands on information of what is happening.

The Mexican army killed the leader of the Jalisco New Generation Cartel, Nemesio Rubén Oseguera Cervantes, “El Mencho, ” on Sunday.

This evening we had a planning session with AMS for Geneva County Baptist Association Timothy Bedsole , our Pastor from FBC Slocomb, Bradley L. Price , our team members, Gabino Morin and Mati Morin , and John Gunter to see how we are going to work and to know the expectations of ALSBOM has for us as we start planting churches here in Soutbeastern Alabama. There is a lot to pray for and a lot to do, but God has brought us this far. He has answered many prayers by bringing us here to serve. Everything has just come together perfectly because it was God's timing, not ours! Keep us in your prayers as we work this area.

Over the past few weeks we have been holding Bible Studies at the Geneva Baptist Association. It has been tough, but God has been blessing us .

Hasael has been out with various people getting a bigger picture of how many hispanics there are and where they are.

Also, we have been speaking with various baptist churches and meeting the pastors. Just getting word out that we are here through NAMB and Geneva Baptist Association to start planting churches all over the county.

Continue to pray for us as we work and speak to the different baptist churches all over the county. Pray that God will use us to bring these lost souls to His feet.

Please keep Geneva, Alabama in your prayers as it was hit by a tornado today. We live in Slocomb, Alabama which is about 20 min northeast. This is where many of the hispanics we work with live and the area where we are planting a Hispanic church with Geneva Baptist Association and NAMB. Many homes and buildings downtown Geneva were destroyed.
