Here is your chance to participate in the Slippery Rock Independence Day Celebration on July 4th. The ILR will have a booth to celebrate 250 with some fun activities. Volunteers will be needed to help out. If interested in joining the fun, contact Peggy Johnson @ [email protected]

ILR members enjoyed a behind-the-scenes tour of PennOhio Clay Guild’s working studio in New Castle. We explored the studio, saw the equipment in use, and learned the stages of clay from raw earth to finished pieces. After a demonstration, we each produced several pieces of art and we look forward to showing them off!

If you missed this opportunity, a six-week clay experience course will be offered in the Fall 2026 catalogue.
