The Southern University Ag Center and Small Farm Institute invites farmers, landowners, and families to our upcoming Heirs’ Property Workshop in Franklinton, Louisiana.

Heirs’ property can create challenges that affect land ownership, access to agricultural programs, and a family’s ability to pass property to the next generation. This workshop will help families better understand how to prevent heirs’ property issues, address existing ownership concerns, and take the next steps toward resolving their property needs.

Participants will also have an opportunity to learn about scheduling an heirs’ property consultation session for additional assistance.
