Important Event Update: CGTLEA NOLA Family Fishing Festival CANCELED

Due to the incoming weather forecast, the CGTLEA New Orleans Chapter has made the difficult decision to cancel the Family Fishing Fest scheduled for this Saturday, October 10th.

Safety on the water is always our highest priority. In our chapter's history, this is the very first time we have had to cancel an event, and it is not a call we made lightly. However, keeping our families, kids, and volunteers safe comes first.

At this time, a future reschedule date is TBD. Between seasonal fishing windows, water quality, and existing schedule constraints, locking in an immediate makeup date is tricky, but we will share updates as soon as plans develop.

Ticket Refunds:
If you have purchased tickets and would like a refund, please email [email protected].

A huge thank you to everyone who signed up, sponsored, and supported the event. We truly appreciate your understanding, and we look forward to seeing everyone out on the water at our next gathering!

Community Spotlight: Coast Guard Tactical Law Enforcement Association

Supporting those who protect and serve means investing in the people and organizations making a difference in our communities.

Keesler Federal recently presented a $10,000 donation to the Coast Guard Tactical Law Enforcement Association to support its mission and the impact it makes for Coast Guard members and their families.
