Due to the inclement weather headed our way, the City of Slidell has taken the precaution of closing all events at John Slidell Gym & Fritchie Gym tonight and tomorrow (this affects our practices). We sent an email out to the league through TeamPass as well. Stay safe everyone!

Evaluation times for SYVBA Summer Basketball on Saturday, June 13th are listed below. All evaluations will be held at SYVBA Gym located at 3158 Rama Dr. 🏀 Please have your athlete wear athletic shoes and bring a water bottle. See you Saturday!

Evaluations have been moved to next Saturday, June 13th. Please check your emails (and spam folder). The evaluation schedule is as follows:

🔹10am: 4-6 year olds

🔹10:45am: 7-9 year olds

🔹11:30am: 10-12 year olds

🔹12:15 pm: 13-17 year olds

We also are still in need of a few additional coaches in each age group! Please consider volunteering your time to give back to the kids in the community this summer 🏀

Embark on a transformative journey to unleash the potential of local youth as they fiercely compete in the Spring 2026 VB play-off games, propelling themselves towards the ultimate championship glory, with thrilling matches kicking off at 9 am at SYVBA for the 9-10 age group and 9 am at Fritchie for the dynamic age groups of 11-13, and 14-17 respectively.
