This quiet subdivision is conveniently located just off of Gause Blvd and Pearl Acres in Slidell. Located in the, Honey Island Elementary, Cypruss Cove Elementary, Boyet Jr. Homes in Meadowlake Subdivision are Ranch, Traditional, Contemporary and colonial in style. This family oriented community has a very active Home Owners Association. Yearly dues ae $75.00 payable in April of each year. Meadowlake is just minutes from great shopping and excellent restaurants. Meadowlake was developed in the late 1990's and the majority of the homes are 10-12 years old. The size of the homes vary greatly. Most homes are between 1700 and 3000 square feet. In 2010 homes in this community sold between $150,000 and $250,000.
