Greater New Orleans Corvette Club

Greater New Orleans Corvette Club Lovers of all things Corvette. The Greater New Orleans Corvette Club (GNOCC) is based in New Orleans, Louisiana and serves all the surrounding areas.

It was founded way back in 1988, which could explain the C4 flag in our logo! We are a family friendly club of over 130 members consisting of a diverse group of all ages, professions and backgrounds so there is always something fun and interesting going on. Our events and functions are informal social outings like traveling long winding roads (to eat of course), car shows, racing (well some of us)

, and whatever fun things happen to come our way. We travel far and wide, meeting many fellow Corvette owners along the way. Come in and join the fun.

Good Morning Gang!! What a great day for a picnic, our annual picnic was Saturday at Fairview State Park in MadisonVille!! Big shout out to Rose and Mark Aucoin, Leah Wooten, (Event Directors) Herman and Rolly Ann Smith, Micheal Dahmer, Violet Ertel, Joe and Sedonia Saccaro, Frank and Kathy Wharton, Marty Schlesinger, Lana Celino for our prayer and anyone else who lent a helping hand to make our picnic one of the best yet!! Food was awesome desserts were great and corvette fellowship at is best!! Congrats to Joe and Sedonia on the days 50/50 winner!!

Good Morning Gang!! Several of our members made the annual trek to Talladega SuperSpeedway for the annual Hendrick Driven for Veterans (formally Vets with Vettes) this Memorial Day to honor fallen Veterans. The club has been doing this event since 2010, the event started in 2009 16 years running. We also was able to tour the Museum and View some of the NASC car greats that Participated in previous Talladega 500’s Dale Earhart, Richard Petty and Kyle Busch, (Busch’s car was memorialized due to his recent unexpected death 🙏🏻) A great time was had by all,thanks to our Team leader Tim LeGros for a great job planing the event as a whole and President Craig Gardner for planing and organizing the club portion of the event.

On Saturday, our Corvette group spent the day driving past the beautiful Cypress swamps and winding bayous with stops at Frenier Landing on the lake for lunch and the historic quaint town of Ponchatoula for a little shopping and our final stop... Lee's Diner for ice cream and dessert!

Great weather, beautiful cars and lots of nice Corvette people made for the perfect excursion!
