Judy Scaglione was the sweetest, kindest and most genuine person that anyone ever had the extreme good fortune of knowing. Children’s Wish was so very lucky, and blessed, to have had her on our Board of Directors. Her selflessness, love and caring for everyone is the stuff legends are made of. Certainly, the entirety of our extended CWE family, (board members, volunteers and wish families) always felt her loving presence, care and concern for all of them. She truly made the world around her a better place.

Happy Wednesday everyone! I would like to remind our board members that there is NO meeting today and take a moment to acknowledge the outstanding efforts and incredible hard work that went into making our Christmas Party a success. The last six weeks have been so busy! Your tireless work, and joyful giving of yourselves, contributed to the resounding success of our Christmas party.
I want you to know how appreciated you and your efforts are! I see you!!!! And, we all saw the looks on the faces of our CWE families!!! May you all feel the blessings you so lovingly bestow upon our CWE wish families!
To our volunteers, we can never thank you enough! You bring the energy and enthusiasm for our mission, and kids, to all that you do! We, quite literally, could not do this without your support! We hope you know how important you are to us and how very much we appreciate your help!
To our wish families, thank you for setting the time aside to spend the day with us! We wait all year long to gather together with you to have some fun and make some more memories!!! Wishing you all a very, Merry Christmas!!! And, the Happiest of Holiday Wishes and Blessings!!!

Wednesday's are for Wishes! We thought we would share a few pics of a wish kid and her family's recent trip to Disney and Universal to help get everyone past the mid-week slump! I mean, how cute is she?!! These are sure to lift your spirits and put a smile on your face!!!

To all our Children’s Wish Endowment wish kid families, be on the lookout for your Christmas gift request form! If you have received it already, woohoooo!!! That’s great!!!
Santa has asked me to remind everyone to get them filled out and returned as soon as you can! Santa has to start preparing early to ensure all our wish kids, and their siblings, have a great time!!! The elves are on notice and ready and waiting to get busy with those gifts!
See you all at the Christmas Party on Saturday, December 13, 2025! We can’t wait!!!

And, that's a wrap!!! The annual Aldersgate's Trunk or Treat event was a huge success, and we had a blast! The costumes were fun, the trunk decorations were impressive, and the little trunk or treaters were absolutely adorable! This was a truly fun halloween experience! Additionally, it was wonderful to see some of our CWE family members who attended! As always, kudos to Ms. Cecelia!!! Without her hard work and dedication this event would not happen!

Asking everyone to rally around Vinny, one of our wish children, as he is being airlifted to Texas Children’s Hospital to receive specialized care from his medical team there. Join all of the CWE family in sending love, positive thoughts, and prayers to Vinny, his parents, and brother JP during this challenging time.
