This is straight from ST Tammany sheriff website - please note the date of the certificate of mortgage and please note the 2nd page and the section that is circled in red. I would appreciate any feedback from anyone regarding this information. Please read the caption information that is below each picture and share your thoughts or a law that will can support that this property was fraudulently foreclosed on and wrongfully sold by St Tammany sheriff . I want everyone to ask yourself this question- if sheriff Smith was not benefiting from the criminal activities surrounding properties that are being sold through his office, why hasn’t he stepped up and opened an investigation into the attorney’s who are responsible for these crimes?? I remember when sheriff Smith was on the news after hurricane Ida, warning senior citizens and all homeowners about contractor fraud….. He says that he is concerned for the homeowners, citizens and our seniors and provides us with information that may prevent us from becoming victims of contractor fraud…… So why would he not be concerned about the victims, and I do say victims with an s because there are many other victims of mortgage fraud through the same exact attorneys! My guess is because he is fully aware of the crimes of land theft and a number of other crimes that are being committed against federal & local laws. So if non of the victims are able to make a report regarding their fraudulent foreclosures…… they just never happened and his pockets keep getting fatter with dirty money while the victims remain in silence 🤐 Now, please see what the service history from STPSO is VS the date of the only one writ of seizure being issued and signed by a judge, 2019. According to the writ information, the certificate of mortgage and a few other details that are being provided by STPSO, there was no new writ of seizure issued since the original writ expired one year after it was issued by the court. 🤔 Also according to the information that is being provided by STPSO, they have been serving the Mr Hank with the notice of seizure on several different occasions since the original writ expired, they allege they properly advertised the sale and falsified their own service history to accommodate the legal rights that STPSO had to seize and sell Mr Hank’s property on Dec 13,2023. These are the real crimes that STPSO and sheriff Smith are not telling us about!!!!!
