Slickville Lions Club President, Jeff Valero, passed away over the weekend. He was a member of the Lions Club for a short time but, in that time, did so much. Jeff had an energy and enthusiasm for community service and always came to meetings with ideas for the Club. He sponsored several members into Lions that have brought new energy and projects as well. He has recently served the Club as President and never missed a beat with all that he has going on with his health.

The Slickville Lions Club will meet on Wednesday, July 29th at 6:45 (services at about 7:00) to hold a Lions Necrolgy Service in Jeff’s honor at Vaia Funeral Home in Delmont.
