As most know we will lay Arlis Bryant to rest tomorrow at 11:00. Services will be held at Faith Baptist Church in Slick. Arlis Papa to most of us in Slick was the fire cheif for many years and was one of the people who got Danny and I in the fire department. Please pray for his family and our fire family he is going to be greatly missed in this small community!!

For the next few days please no outside burning!! Even though we got 5 in rain the wind will be gusting at 40 miles hr and the grass will still burn and the wet will make it hard for fire trucks to put it out

Fourth July celebration will be fridy july 5 2024. fire works at dusk.
The town of Slick will be in charge of booth rentals and food trucks. please contact Shonda Painter or Kim with the city
will have horshoes and other activities that evening so come and enjoy
