MCC Elementary School Donates Birthday Bags

For their Christmas Project, the MCC Elementary School has put together Birthday bags to donated to the Murray County Food Shelf. Each grade donates a specific item to go into the bags: cake mixes, cake frosting, candles, birthday plates, napkins. Everything is brought together and the student council then assembles the bags. This is the third year that the children have taken on this project in support of the Murray County Food Shelf. “Thank you, kids,” for a tremendous job in making 25 birthday bags.
