As we finished up with Youth Camp 2025 we had to continue with our favorite tradition, stopping by the Burger Bar on our way home!!

We will start back next week May 28th. This will be the beginning of Youth at the Park in Marshall! We will leave Slater at 5:30pm from the red gym.

We had an absolute blast last night at Vertical Connection youth group. Sang praises to the lord .We ate snack wraps! We learned about Peter denying Jesus three times, Pilate’s struggle to accuse Jesus, and how the people chose Barabbas over Jesus. Had fellowship with eachother through conversations and games!

No snow or ice means we get to have youth this week! Our FBC Slater Youth - Vertical Connection gathers from 6 to 8 p.m. tonight, and we'll start with food. Then, we'll have worship, games, and Bible study.

Our students last night learned what it means to have a servant heart and participated in Samaritans Purse Operation Christmas Child. Students worked together to select items for their boxes and then spent time in prayer in preparation to send them off.
