Von Steuben Alumni Association

Von Steuben Alumni Association VSAA is a nonprofit volunteer organization. Our mission is to reconnect with alums and fund college scholarships for qualified graduating Von seniors.

This organization is open to all alumni of Von Steuben Metropolitan Science Center, formerly called Von Steuben High School, Chicago, IL. Since its inception in 1995, the VSAA has awarded more than $312,000 in scholarships to Von Steuben students. Another $30,000 has been donated for science lab equipment, specialty exercise equipment for students, display cases, a scoreboard and other much-needed

gifts that benefit students. The VSAA also organizes alumni events such as the 1996 Von-Roosevelt alumni basketball game and all-class reunions. An annual newsletter gives members an opportunity to share their news with other alums.
