What a joy it was to bring beautiful music this August to old and new friends, too! LOSA members sang programs of opera hits and musical theater favorites for our longtime friends at and brand new friends at Park Plaza Senior Living! Our audiences enjoyed the programs and joined in singing with us, too! We are so grateful to Samp and to Baer for inviting us! And LOSA is ever so thankful for the beautiful artists who give back to our community through these free concerts!

OPRF IWS member group Circle 4 is hosting a FREE picnic and concert featuring the renowned Lyric Opera Stage Artists! 🎵

- Courtyard Picnic | 5:30 PM
- Indoor Concert | 7:30 PM
- St. Giles Parish, 1045 Columbian Ave, Oak Park, IL

This event is FREE and open to the public! Monetary donations are welcome and will benefit the IWS Children's Clinic, owned and operated by OPRF IWS! ❤

Please bring your own lawn chairs, food, and beverages. Rain or shine, the concert portion will be held indoors in the St. Giles Church Sanctuary. No food or beverages will be permitted in the church.

Such a beautiful evening of music making by these amazingly talented artists at The Merion last night! Our gracious audience was treated to some extraordinary singing of some opera favorites and possibly NEW favorites as well as some lighter tunes and an Irish Blessing to wrap up the evening! It was a great joy to bring such high quality artistry to our friends and we look forward to returning later this year! Special thanks to Tammy Potts for inviting us and to the music committee for making us feel so welcome! ♥️

LOSA members Emily Mwila, John Concepcion and Pam Williams along with accompanist Teresa Kang were delighted to bring a beautiful concert of opera, operetta, musical theater and popular songs to an attentive and warm audience of new and old friends at Luther Village last night! It was a packed house and everyone enjoyed the evening!
Thanks to Sue Bilek at Luther Village for inviting us and to Itsuko Mizuno for asking her to invite us back!

What a joy it was for LOSA to visit Obama Presidential Center a couple of weeks ago in preparation for this historic opening day! We are all so honored and proud to know that we played a small role in helping putting some of the finishing touches in fine tuning the acoustics in the Elie Wiesel Auditorium! Thank you for reminding us what hope looks like!!
