Attention Recruits! 🛡️⚔️
Are you ready to suit up and stand strong? We are drafting brave young warriors for Bible Basic Training: Armor of God!
Join us for an epic week of Vacation Bible School where kids will learn how to put on the full armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18), play action-packed games, and discover how to be strong in the Lord.

Dates: June 16-19, 2026
Time: 6:30pm-8:30pm
Location: The Fathers House of Prayer Rt 1092 Sitka Ky
Ages: 3(and potty trained)-18

Ephesians 6:10-18 NKJV
10.) “Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might.
11.) Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
12.) For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.
13.) Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
14.) Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness,
15.) and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
16.) above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one.
17.) And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God;

We want to recognize our other Senior, Natalee West! She is graduating high school at the age of 14! Natalee has been accepted to Morehead State University, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Biology in Veterinary Medicine! She enjoys her summers at Camp Caleb and will be a counselor there this summer! Natalee has a servants heart! She is active in church, helps run the media and sound booth, and in youth!
We are excited to see what God has in store this young lady!

We want to take a minute to recognize our beautiful senior Ms Jada! She is always willing to serve no matter where she is! She truly has a servants heart! This beauty will be graduating tomorrow May 9, 2026 from the craft academy at Morehead State and then will graduate from Johnson Central High School on May 29, 2026! We are so proud of you Jada and can’t wait to see what God has planned for you!

He is Alive 🙌🏻 We were blessed with some new faces today, which made it that much sweeter!
Not only did we learn about the death and resurrection of our living King we also learned a few interesting facts about the resurrection!
After our lesson, we had a little egg hunt and enjoyed our sweets!

Jesus sweat blood
Luke 22:44
44:) “And being in agony, He prayed more earnestly. Then His sweat became like great drops of blood falling down to the ground.”
- This shows He felt deep anguish, yet He still chose obedience! We can obey God despite what we feel!

There was darkness
Matthew 27:45
45.) “Now from the sixth hour until the ninth hour there was darkness over all the land.”
- Creation responded when Jesus died and darkness covered the land! This was no ordinary death! All creation felt it!
‭‭
‭‭The curtain tore
Matthew 27:51
51.) “Then, behold, the veil of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom; and the earth quaked, and the rocks were split,”
- The temple curtain tore in two, confirming that access to God was open to everyone! Because of Jesus we can go directly to God!

Others rose to life
Matthew 27:52-53
52.) “and the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints who had fallen asleep were raised;
53.) and coming out of the graves after His resurrection, they went into the holy city and appeared to many.”
- After Jesus rose, others were brought back to life! Jesus power of death was immediate and undeniable!

A guarded tomb
Matthew 27:65-66
65.) “Pilate said to them, “You have a guard; go your way, make it as secure as you know how.”
66.) So they went and made the tomb secure, sealing the stone and setting the guard.”
- The tomb had both a heavy seal and soldiers, yet Jesus still rose! NOTHING can stop Gods promises!!

We had Palm Sundaes to celebrate Palm Sunday!
Each part of the sundae we made represented a part of Palm Sunday and Jesus’ death and resurrection!

Kids of all ages can HOP on over to the Fathers House tomorrow from 12pm-2pm to learn about the death and resurrection of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ! You will hop from station to station as you build your own set of resurrection eggs!

Go ahead and make plans to HOP on over to the Fathers House of Prayer to hear the Resurrection Story while building your own set of Resurrection Eggs. Once you have hopped through each station, hearing the story and gathering your eggs, you will then be able to go and tell everyone about Jesus!
We hope to see you on March 21 from 12-2!

We were so excited to be on
Today was our Bible Bowl and all kids were locked in on the championship rings (ring pops) 😂 The boys called out the girls and went ahead and claimed the victory! The girls did give the boys a run for their “rings” up until the end! The total score was 24-22!
