My Zumba class has thinned out due to crazy things like toe surgery, concussions due to falling metal chunks, shoulder surgeries and the like! Since our dance troupe is missing quite a few, it would be a great time for you to all come over and give it a try. I've got some fun and simple holiday routines and we'll get a little mojo on with our new cool down💃. Classes this week are Wed and Fri at 8am. Sister Bay Village Hall.

I'm prepping for Friday's beginners Zumba class. We're breaking it down to the basics and going slow. It will be low impact, fun and easy. If you think you could be a distraction with your two left feet, forget about it. Do you move left when you should move right? You're perfect for this class, and I've seen it all😉.
You'll learn very basic moves (and how to add a little flavor) leaving each session feeling great about yourself. Plenty of guidance and instruction, not to worry. 5pm, Friday at the Sister Bay Village Hall. Grab a friend and come on over.
