Last night, the Sissonville Fire Department was proud to provide medical coverage for the first home game of the season as the Sissonville Indians took on the Ripley Vikings!

And what a night it was! 🔥 The Indians brought home the WIN! 🏆

We’re proud to support our community and our student-athletes, both on and off the field. Congratulations to the Indians on a great start to the season!

Sissonville Fire Department is accepting applications for a Community Board Member!

This is a great opportunity for a community-minded individual who wants to get involved, support the fire department, and provide a valuable community perspective.

Applicants must meet several requirements, including living or working within the Department’s first-due district, completing a background check, having no conflicts of interest, and participating in an interview with the Board.

📣 Structure Fire in Pine Valley Trailer Park on Saturday

🚨 STRUCTURE FIRE – PINE VALLEY TRAILER PARK 🚨

Just after 4:30 p.m. this evening, the Sissonville Fire Department was dispatched to Pine Valley Trailer Park, off White Oak Drive, for a reported structure fire.

Upon arrival, crews found smoke showing from the residence. Firefighters quickly made entry into the home, located the fire, and extinguished it.

Thankfully, no injuries were reported during the incident.

🚒 Assisting at the scene were the Malden Volunteer Fire Department and Kanawha County Ambulance Authority.

We would like to thank our mutual aid partners for their assistance.

The Spark of Love Foundation and Loudendale Fire Department is back in the parking lot collecting flood relief for North Central WV!

TODAY: 10 AM – 7 PM

Drop off supplies OR make a monetary donation — we’ll buy exactly what flood victims need most.

Urgently needed: Water, bleach, mops, buckets, shovels, gloves, food, diapers, formula, hygiene items
