This Sunday, we had 7 people who chose to be baptized and make a public statement of their faith to our church and our community!

We are excited to continue walking together in faith, and for the change Jesus is making in the lives around us.

We are a ministry who loves our community, our church, and the lives we are called to love around us in the name of Jesus!

We love having opportunities to serve our community in various ways, and it's an honor when we can support others to do the same!

We recently had a wonderful couple come serve at Dakota Sonshine for a week. We'd like to thank Troy and Christy Fleming for your help getting projects done!

One of those projects was disassembling some of our bunk beds, the ones that were disassembled have gone on to serve a better purpose in our community.

These bunk beds were given to help Russell's Tipi, also known as the Warming House in Sisseton, SD. The warming house is a shelter for those who have nowhere to stay, which has become vital in the winter months for those without a home. We would like to thank Billy Keeble and anyone who helps support Russell's tipi for thinking about those who have nowhere else to go.

For the past 8 or so months we've been talking about a new ministry opportunity to meet the needs of those around us in our community. This new opportunity is food ministry, providing a basic need to those who are experiencing hardship or crisis. Recently, we had our first opportunity to provide a week of groceries for a family. Providing this need also provides support and relief.

Our community, our church, and so many others supported us through our hardships and showed us we aren't alone in them. It showed us that we can stand together and love one another through the difficulty that sometimes comes out of nowhere.

Food is one of our most basic and simple needs, but when you're challenged with crisis it can be one of the most difficult needs to take care of. This is a burden that can be shared, providing others with a meal or groceries can make the biggest difference when dealing with crisis.

Sharing a meal together is biblical, it's cultural, and it's a way to show others they are loved and that they are not alone.

Recently we were privileged to have some guests come speak at our church! Loren and Erie Houltberg, from Salina Kansas. Loren is the Foursquare Central District Regional Pastor.

We enjoyed having him and his wife Erie come visit us, and we also enjoyed listening to him teach! It was a wonderful service, ending with three people choosing to follow Jesus! We are excited for these three people and the future they have with Jesus!

Thank you to everyone who helped get the pumpkin patch planted and ready for Fall Festival 2026! You all are a blessing!

If you don't know what Fall Festival is, it's an event we put on annually to create an environment for community, family gathering, and fun!
