The Sioux Rapids Historical group decided at the last meeting to take on the Lone Tree Cemetery directory project. This will involve some research in the cemetery, as well as raising money to fund the project. If interested in donating, you can send the donation to Box 21, Sioux Rapids IA 50585, or you can volunteer to assist in the cemetery. There is lots of history in our cemetery, dating back to Civil War veterans.
