Hello Friends!

It's just about time for our 12th Annual Fall Fundraiser! But this year we have a great opportunity. Someone is being kind to us and has pledged to match any donations to our ministry in September, up to $75,000! So, even if you will not be joining us at our fundraising banquet next week...you may still make a donation THIS MONTH, and it will be matched!

For more information about this opportunity and/or how you can contribute, contact us!

Call our office at (605) 201-8493,
Talk with one of our staff or board members, or
Visit our website: https://www.kingdomboundaries.org/fall-banquet.html

Also, in case you did not receive one in the mail, here is a letter we sent out last week with more info:

Where does someone go when they’ve been released from prison? One bed at a time, this nonprofit is helping answer that question.

MIRACLES

"You are the God who works wonders;
You have made known Your might among the peoples."
Psalm 77:14

So here we are in late July. I don’t know if the reason for time gaining speed is just a matter of getting older or lots of things happening at KB and the world. Maybe all of the above.

Concerning the title of this quick update, however, I think that sometimes, in the busyness of it all, we don’t always see the many miracles happening all around us. A miracle that is visible here at KB is the transformation of residents devoted to starting a new life in Christ. We have witnessed many men and women coming here with an introduction to the gospel but needing assistance to continue their transformation. That gospel message doesn’t turn the world upside down (the current status of the world) but rather right side up! Please keep these men and women in constant prayer, as the world does not like to let go of those committing to change.

A part of this transformation miracle is the volunteers that God has sent us to serve as mentors, teachers, prayer warriors, and others. In addition, we have received many gifts of labor and financial contributions. Thank You, Lord, and thanks to all those faithfully supporting KB in so many ways. Yes, miracles continue to happen all around us!

Chaplain

Just a last-minute reminder that we are having our big, annual KB Night TOMORROW (April 23rd) at 6pm here in Sioux Falls! We'll be at Embrace Church's westside campus (100 N. Ebenezer Ave., Sioux Falls, SD 57107), and we'd LOVE for you to join us!

However, if you are unable to be there in person, we will also be LIVE-STREAMING the event here on our page and on our YouTube channel! We hope to see you there! But if not, then we hope you tune in and watch it live! In fact, if you live far enough away *(in another city, another state, or even another country), invite your friends over and have a watch party!

*Unfortunately, if you live on another planet, I don't think Facebook or YouTube works there, so you won't be able to watch live...but THAT'S OK!! You can watch a replay of the video stream later...when you orbit Earth again! 😀

EDITOR'S NOTE: I thought this was posted yesterday, but when I came into my office this morning, I realized it wasn't, so here it is a day late. (Hmmm...maybe this week we'll call this one "Thankful Thursday"?)

Hi Friends! We've recently started something called "Wishful Wednesday". Every Wednesday (err...ahem...Thursday), we will post some items we need at House of Grace (our women's re-entry building), The Carpenter's Shop (our men's re-entry building), and/or at Kingdom Apartments (our long-term housing option for those graduating from our program). Most of these items will be simple, like cleaning supplies, hygiene items, or other miscellaneous things we are running low on. Occasionally (like today), we may let you know about larger items we are looking for, in case you happen to have them or know where/how we can acquire them.

If you can donate any of these items, we would be very thankful!

The women at House of Grace need:
Dish soap
Bottles of conditioner
Gasoline gift cards
Grocery gift cards

Kingdom Apartments is looking for:
Refrigerators
Dressers

The Carpenter's Shop is asking for:
Used vehicles
Gas cards for KB rides
1" binders

If you can help with any of these items, please call the Kingdom Boundaries office at (605) 585-4310.

Thank you very much!
May God's blessings be abundant in your life,
And may you be more and more aware of it every day!
