Traditional Bowling Athletes:
Please check your email or the website as the Area schedule for Saturday, October 10 has changed. We are no longer having a 3rd shift.

If you were scheduled for 3rd shift you were moved to the 1st or 2nd shift.

Athletes scheduled for the 1st and 2nd shifts, please double check your lane assignments. Many of your were moved.

Hey Fireworks softball, just wanted to say that as of now, there IS practice tonight. We've lost too many due to weather this season already. It's going to be HOT. So plan accordingly! 2 waters (or a big waterbottle) and a hat should be the bare minimum. Personal fans for breaks are also welcome. Sunglasses advised. If you have a sunshirt, wear it. Plan to be hot. We'll do our best to make sure you get regular breaks and practice isn't too much running around. We'll see you at the fields!

📢 Message from Sioux Falls Fireworks Leadership

Fireworks Family,

You may have seen the recent announcement from Special Olympics South Dakota regarding the launch of the new Center of Excellence (COE) online portal. We are very excited about the opportunities this new system will provide and appreciate the continued efforts to improve the experience for our athletes, families, coaches, volunteers, and Unified Partners.

At this time, we are asking all Sioux Falls Fireworks athletes, coaches, volunteers, Unified Partners, family members, staff, and caregivers to please hold off on registering or submitting any forms through the COE portal.

Fireworks leadership has not yet completed our own registration or received training on the new system. We want to make sure we fully understand the process and can provide the proper guidance and support before our delegation begins using it.

We plan to complete this process before the bowling season begins. Once we are ready, Heather Leischner will send out a notification with instructions and let everyone know when it is time to register.

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and cooperation as we work through this transition together. We appreciate our entire Fireworks family and want to make sure this process is as smooth and successful as possible for everyone.

Hey Softball athletes, coaches, parents, staff, and caregivers.
We are testing out a team management app this softball season. The app is called TeamLinkt. It will need to be downloaded to either your phone or your computer. I will be using this and ONLY this to send information and communicate.

Here is the link for the practice schedule, I also believe you get an email notification that it is available. Help me out and make sure everyone who isn't on Facebook is aware of this and looks in their email. Thanks! Lacy
