Hurney Tourney Charity Golf Tournament The Hurney Tourney Charity Golf Tournament is a annual tournament that supports deserving charities in Sioux Falls, SD.

This tournament originally started as a going away party for my brother and fellow members of the 147th Field Artillery Unit as they prepared to leave for Iraq. We had an overwhelming response and decided we could do some good for the community as well as support our troops. Every year we pick 2 local charities to help those less fortunate. This year we will be supporting the Back Pack program thr

ough the Feed America Campaign. This program sends food home over the weekend with school age children who other wise would not eat until Monday when they returned to school. The other charity this year is the Cure Kids Cancer campaign sponsored by Sanford Health. As always we will continue to support our local troops and their families.
