We had an incredible turnout at yesterday’s SME Sioux Falls luncheon—thank you to all of our members and guests who joined us!

A big thank you to Homero Bayarena for an engaging and insightful presentation on “Change: How to Turn Uncertainty Into Opportunity.”

Change is constant, but as we learned, success isn’t just about the process—it’s about people. When leaders focus on engaging their teams, change becomes less intimidating and more of an opportunity to grow.

From organizing clothing and essential items to preparing resources for their upcoming Back-to-School Bash, our volunteers came together to make a tangible difference.
