We think we might be doing something pretty special at All About U Adoptions!... Community Health Workers are common in hospitals, clinics, public health programs, and community organizations. In adoption agencies? Not so much.

In fact, while we can’t officially claim to be the ONLY adoption agency in the country (or even the world!) with Community Health Workers on staff, we haven’t been able to find another one that does what we do!

And AAU doesn't have just one. We have FOUR.
Meet Kris, Michalee, Lucy, and Leah, our Community Health Workers.

Why does that matter?

Because an unexpected pregnancy doesn't happen in a vacuum. A woman considering adoption may also be trying to find prenatal care, get to medical appointments, secure safe housing, apply for assistance, navigate insurance or Medicaid, find food and other resources, leave an unsafe situation, or simply figure out what comes next.

Our Community Health Workers help bridge those gaps. They're not here just to talk about adoption. They're here to help women access healthcare, resources, education, transportation, housing assistance, community programs, and the practical support they need to move forward.

Because at All About U Adoptions, supporting a birth mother means supporting the whole woman, not just her adoption plan.

We're incredibly proud of Kris, Michalee, Lucy, and Leah and of a model of adoption care that goes far beyond placement.

It's not our job. It's our life.

❤️ Matthew and Trinity are a close-knit couple who love being married and are excited to grow their family through adoption. Adoption holds a special place in their hearts—Matthew’s mother was adopted from Korea, giving them a personal connection to adoption and a deep appreciation for the lifelong relationships it can create.

👨‍👩‍👧 Family is at the center of their lives. They love gathering with relatives and friends, sharing big meals, celebrating holidays and traditions, and spending time with their beloved German Shepherd-Husky mix, Zara. Their adventures often include aquariums, arboretums, boba stops, and cozy coffee shops.

🎨🎶 Matthew and Trinity also bring plenty of creativity into their home. Matthew composed and recorded the song Trinity walked down the aisle to at their wedding, while Trinity loves doodling everyday life and dreams for the future. Together, they hope to provide a child with a stable, faith-filled home where they always feel secure, valued, deeply loved, and encouraged to become exactly who they are meant to be.
