Happy Monday, friends and relatives. ☀️

This is my Monday night crew — Leaders of Tomorrow, two weeks in and already my favorite part of the week.

I've been lucky enough to know a lot of these folks for a while now, and I've watched every one of them show up for themselves and for each other, over and over, to get to where they're standing in this picture. Getting a front row seat to that is one of the great honors of my life.

To everyone in this photo: I am so proud of you. I love you. I can't wait to see what you build next.

Three more scholarship letters. Three more incredible women. 💙

This week I had the honor of celebrating three ladies accepted into the Leaders of Tomorrow Fall Cohort — each one receiving a $1,200 scholarship to invest in their growth, their leadership, and their future.

Watching someone see their letter and realize "I'm worth it" — that moment never gets old.

The Fall Cohort kicks off August 17th and runs through December 7th, Mondays 5–7pm. And here's the best part: applications are STILL OPEN. If you or someone you know is ready for this, reach out to Manny Gutierrez at [email protected]

We’re excited to share an update as we prepare for our upcoming cohort. Award letters are going out to those accepted into the LOT Fall Cohort: JI. This is a moment of pride for our community, and we’re grateful for the hard work and support from everyone involved.

Special recognition for Stan and Megan:
- Stan and Megan has earned a $1,200 scholarship to participate. We’re thrilled for them and grateful for the generosity that makes this possible.
- Stan is pictured here with his nominator Cheryl and Dawn Marie, a fellow LOT graduates who’s been an inspiring part of our journey.
- Megan is pictured with her cutie sidekick, who believes in her mom!

Still opportunities to apply for the Fall cohort:
- There are still chances to join the Fall cohort. If you’re considering applying, we’d love to hear from you and welcome late inquiries on a limited basis.
