Innovation in the fight against hunger isn't always about technology. Sometimes it's about finding new ways to connect healthy food with the people who need it most. 🥰

On World Food Day, we're celebrating the local partners who help ensure our neighbors across South Dakota have access to nutritious food close to home. 🧡

Through a new produce program funded by The Wellmark Foundation and the John T. Vucurevich Foundation, Feeding South Dakota Agency Partners across the state are expanding access to fresh fruits and vegetables in their communities. 🍎🥬

Because nourishing tomorrow starts with investing in healthy food today. 🙌

On this Indigenous Peoples Day, we honor the culture and resilience of our tribal neighbors, who experience the highest rates of food insecurity in South Dakota.

As part of our mission, we work alongside over 40 partners on Reservations to help our Indigenous communities access the food they need to thrive.

Join us in committing to building sustainable solutions to end hunger, not just today but tomorrow. 🧡
