Happy birthday to director Dr. Johny Belarme in Rafey, Dominican Republic! People are drawn to Johny's personality and his infectious smile. His heart is to make health care available to Haitian immigrants in and around Rafey who have been largely ostracized by the local people. Keep up the good work, Johny! And may you have a great birthday!
