🧩 Saturday, October 17 | 2nd Annual Puzzle Wars

Join us this Saturday for our 2nd Annual Puzzle Wars, sponsored by our amazing friends, Amy and Savannah from Avera Addiction Center! Grab three friends and form a team to battle it out against other teams to see who can complete the selected puzzle first! Prizes will be awarded to the top three teams!

Head to Brookings, SD, where South Dakota State University 's Student Collaboration for the Advancement and Promotion of Pharmacy students are hosting a "Walk for Hope 5K" to raise Mental Health Awareness and funds for Live Inspired 365! We are so grateful for students who are passionate about making a difference!

Bring your friends and family out to cheer on the Sioux Falls Stampede as they take on their I-29 rivals, the Fargo Force! 💚Today, on World Mental Health Day, we are reminded of the importance of listening, sharing our stories, and making sure every voice is heard.

💛 This year’s theme, “Lived Experiences Heard: Real Voices, Real Change,” has been at the heart of Live Inspired 365 every single day since we were formed nearly four years ago.

🐝 Live Inspired 365 was built on the belief that no one should have to face their darkest days feeling alone. We know that behind every statistic is a real person, behind every struggle is a story, and behind every story is an opportunity for connection, understanding, and change.

💛 When we listen without judgment, share our lived experiences, and create safe spaces for honest conversations, we help break the stigma surrounding mental health. We remind others that it is OK to not be OK, that asking for help is a sign of strength, and that there is always hope.

💚 Today, we encourage you to check in on someone, listen to their story, and remind them that their voice matters. You never know how much a simple conversation could mean to someone who is struggling.

❤️ This week, we found ourselves at Brandon Valley High School for their Mental Health Awareness Day, but the story of how we ended up there is even more inspiring!

🥰 This summer, local high school students participated in The Humanity Launch’s Service Leadership Academy, a three-day experience focused on community service, empathy, and leadership development.

💛After hearing featured speaker Maddie Thie share her story, a few of these students walked away with a strong desire to make a difference in the area of mental health awareness.

🙌 And they didn’t just stop at an idea! After a lot of hard work, planning, and dedication, these incredible students organized a wonderful event that reached over 1,200 students at their high school!

📣The day included several speakers, along with a mental health fair where students could connect with local organizations and learn about the resources available to them.

💌 We were honored to spend the morning connecting with students, answering questions, and starting important conversations at our table. But that’s not all! The students also had the opportunity to create Caring Cards and help assemble over 300 Caring Packs that will be shared with people who could use a little extra encouragement, comfort, and support.

🐝 We are SO proud of these students for taking what they learned and turning it into meaningful action. Their passion, compassion, and commitment to making a difference are a beautiful reminder that you don’t have to wait until you’re older to create change in your community.

💛 A HUGE thank-you to The Humanity Launch, Maddie Thie, and these amazing students for making mental health awareness a priority and inviting Live Inspired 365 to be part of such an impactful morning!
