Hello Ladies, Nancy Ausland here. I'm going to be gone for alot of the summer so will be hit and miss on meeting attendance but I wanted to get info out on a video I will be doing for our upcoming Reconnect conference in September. The intent will be that this video will be running in the background as we enter the conference and also over lunch. I'd like this video to contain as many pictures of all of you as possible! This could be old photos of you during your time in the military as well as more recent ones of us as WOTAF group. It would be easiest for me if you have photos digitally that you can email me, but if you just have hard copies, I can work with those as well. Please feel free to email me your photos at any time at [email protected], but limit your photos to seven or less. If you have hard copies, bring them to our meeting and either I or Kim Hanson should be there to collect. I'll pull some WOTAF photos off our page so no need to include those. My hope is that I have enough photos collected so that by July 31st, I'll start working on the video. Thanks everyone!

Our Reconnect 2026 Women's Conference flyer is now available. If you think you can help spread the word on our Conference and would like to print some of these flyers yourself, please send a text or email to Lisa at [email protected] and she'll send you the PDF. Let's advertise this year's Conference and get a bunch of women veterans involved! She will also have some available at the May general meeting to pass out.

Our friends at Wings of Valor need some help. Saturday, May 2nd will be their Spring clean-up day. Show up at their location in Parker any time after 8 am and they'll put you to work. Then, the next Saturday, May 9th we can all join them for their fellowship picnic lunch. Hope to see everyone at both!
