❤️⚽️ Another emotional night and a BIG milestone for some of Rising Stars players! ⚽️❤️

Just a few months after celebrating our first wave of high school graduates, we now have a new group beginning their high school academic and soccer journeys! 🎓⚽️

This group is especially meaningful to us. They were the first group Phusuda and Moses coached together, and through them, God planted the vision that would become Light for the Next Generation—a ministry created to support and empower underserved youth in Sioux Falls. 🙏🏽

Over the past four years, we’ve watched these young men grow on and off the field into strong teammates, students and leaders. Now, with three younger Rising Stars teams looking up to them, they have the opportunity to be an example for the next generation. 🌟

We are so proud of each of you and excited to walk alongside you through the next four years!

Keep dreaming. Keep growing. Keep shining your light. ✨

LET’S GO, RISING STARS! 🌟⚽️🔥

What an experience for our Rising Stars! 🌟⚽️

Three of our teams participated in the DASC Fall Kick Off Tournament, and what an incredible experience it was! We are so proud and impressed by every one of our players—not only for how they competed on the field, but also for the way they represented themselves, their families, and our club. ❤️

A huge THANK YOU to all of our parents, volunteer coaches, and supporters who continue to make opportunities like this possible. And thank you to DASC for hosting a great tournament and creating opportunities for young athletes to compete, grow, and build memories together! Above all, praise God for his continued provision, strength and guidance in everything we do through our organization! 🙏🏾

Bringing Soccer to the Community 💙⚽️💛

What makes YMCA Neighborhood Soccer so special? We go where families are!

For some kids, access can be one of the biggest barriers to participating in sports. Transportation, distance, schedules, and other challenges can make getting to a program difficult. So instead of asking families to come to us, we bring soccer into the community.

Across Sioux Falls, children and families can find YMCA Neighborhood Soccer right in their own neighborhoods, through partnerships with local elementary schools, churches, parks, and community organizations. Every site is made possible by dedicated volunteers and community partners who create a welcoming place for kids to learn, grow, play, and build lasting relationships!

⚽️ 8 neighborhood sites.
🏫 Local schools and community partners.
💙 Dedicated volunteers.
🌳 Parks throughout Sioux Falls.
🙌 One goal: making soccer accessible to more kids.

There’s a place for everyone in YMCA Neighborhood Soccer, and we’d love for you to be part of it! Whether you volunteer, coach, sponsor or simply spread the word, you can help us bring the joy of soccer to even more kids across Sioux Falls. ⚽️💙
