Thank you calvaryelite gymnastics and tumbling, your amazing team came together to assemble hygiene kits and for this we are grateful. 💙 Every kit is a step toward hope, dignity, and brighter days ahead. Thank you to everyone who donated, volunteered, and supported the Community in Action project.

Fresh air and sunshine are important for mental and physical health, even in detention. Sunlight helps the body produce vitamin D, which boosts mood and supports overall well-being, while fresh air can reduce stress and improve concentration. Using chalk to create art outdoors gives people a chance to express themselves, be creative, and feel a sense of accomplishment. This combination of nature and creativity can help lift spirits and provide a positive outlet for emotions.

At Journey of Hope, we serve youth and adults by providing basic hygiene and it varies from month to month. So what do we want and what has been difficult to order from our supplier - shampoo! We could use shampoo for men, women, and children. There I said it!! 😊
