Sioux Falls Laughter Club Laughter Yoga Club, Sioux Falls, SD - Laughter yoga involves a series of movement and breathing exercises to promote deliberate laughter. What is Laughter Yoga?

Laughter Club is a place where you can let loose, have fun, bring out the kid in you again and laugh, laugh laugh! Laughter Yoga is a unique idea where anyone can laugh for no reason, you don’t need any jokes, or even a sense of humor! We use simple laughter exercises in a group combined with gentle yoga breathing as a form of stress management and physical fitness. As we do the laughter exercises

we create genuine laughter through eye-contact and childlike playfulness. It’s a life changing experience, so come and join us as we laugh our way to joy and fitness!
