Sunnybrook MOPS MOPS is for moms of children from conception to kindergarten. We meet every other Friday from Sept. through April at Sunnybrook Church in Sioux City, Iowa.

Are you a mother of a child still in the womb, in kindergarten, or anywhere in between? MOPS is for YOU. Being a mom is beautiful and hard and we get that sometimes you just need a safe space to breathe. A place to get some encouragement that what you are doing matters. We’re a loving group of local moms who aren’t perfect, but we’re learning how to be the best moms possible – just like you. Won’t

you join us? Our morning program includes brunch, childcare, a speaker or activity and some quality mom-time in small groups. Sunnybrook MOPS is open to mothers of children conception to kindergarten in the Siouxland Area. We meet at Sunnybrook Church, but it doesn't matter what church you go to, or if you don't go to church at all. Dues for the year are $75, this also registers you as a member of MOPS International. Moms are welcome to visit twice before committing to joining.
