It is time to raise some more funds for the Braveheart Program! This time the event is in Sioux Falls. There is a music lesson account set up at Poppler's Music for local youth to receive a block of lessons, similar to the setup here in Sioux City. We are excited to have such wonderfully talented and supportive friends help us make these events happen and continue to keep these efforts going. ❤️‍🩹
Join us Saturday, November 23 at Club David in Sioux Falls. The event starts at 7 pm with Bingo...live music with Ukalady at 8, and an exciting variety show at 9. $10 door, 21+ event.

Music is love, y'all.

Finally got back in to post an update!
We held an amazing fundraiser in April called The Purple Ones, featuring live music and drag performances of songs written or performed by Prince. It was so much fun and thank everyone for their support!

We also participated in SUX Pride and gave the 3rd Braveheart award to Indie X Skys( Skyler Black) and Ella Johnson. These two young adults are the shining examples of living their lives authentically and with empathy; encouraging others to do the same. They have an amazing presence and foothold in the community and such bright futures ahead!

As always, we appreciate the support with our lesson fund efforts in memory of Cole. Through all of this, we miss him so very much and think that he would be so honored to know he was so loved. In fact, he knows. ❤️

Stay tuned for future events and updates!

We had the pleasure of meeting with Shane Wuebben from the Sioux Falls Public School District. Our partnership up there with Poppler's Music and the schools has been established for an initial lesson fund. We are so excited and blessed to be able to continue spreading love of music to students in Cole's honor.
Thank you all for your support!

As a reminder, we also still have the lesson fund open at Ray's Midbell Music for students to access in the Sioux City area as well. Mention the fund and the student receives four free lessons on the instrument of their choice.

Music is universal! Let's share it!

This all started with a tragedy and a family's worst nightmare. Grief filled days and nights that never seemed to end. Then, although the grief never went away, thoughts turned to action. How can we honor our Cole, keeping his memory alive and to spread his love for music anywhere we can?

Now we have the Braveheart fund. It is a grassroots, small effort right now, and each donation and fundraising event adds to that.
This past Saturday was no exception. Final tallies put us a bit over 2k from donations.

After settling t shirt sales, we will be cutting a check to send to Poppler's Music in Sioux Falls so that students can access a free block of music lessons on the instrument of their choice.

I am extremely humbled and gracious for the support. I am also thankful for the many individuals that night who came to the table to tell their story and hear about my sweet boy. I see you, I love you and love that you are here. Your story isn't over.
