RSVP ‼️ TODAY‼️to join us at our Annual Meeting on Thursday, June 25th from 4:30–6:30 p.m. on the top floor of Badgerow Flats (622 4th Street) for a casual, open house-style evening all about downtown Sioux City.

We'll share updates on what's happened, what's happening now, and what's coming next. Along the way, enjoy some snacks, grab a drink, and connect with downtown property owners, business owners, residents, and our Board of Directors.

Throughout the evening, you'll be able to submit questions and feedback through interactive live polling, helping spark real-time conversations about the issues, ideas, and opportunities that matter most to you.
