How amazing is our community to help put on fundraisers on our behalf? Ive been to this spaghetti dinner before (my son helped serve/clear with his Boy Scout Troop) and it is really fun! Dinner and a show PLUS you are helping to put a child into a bed of their very own! Everyone welcome even if you do not attend Redeemer Church!

This outstanding group of young leaders stopped by our LeMars hub today to learn more about Sleep in Heavenly Peace. They saw how the beds go together, what the families received when in need and what they will be fundraising to help on Friday!

Yes, you heard that correctly, these young leaders are serving up sweet lemonade on Friday for SHP! Let’s keep them busy! (There is a lot of kids!) Also, we will help more kids in the LeMars hub receive a bed of their own!! 👏

🥰All proceeds will be going towards the amazing group of Sleep In Heavenly Peace to make sure No kid sleeps on the floor in our town. 🛌🏼

South Sioux City Eagles #2492 came back to build beds for kids for the second year in a row! They also surprised us with the news that our chapter will be the recipient of a grant through the Eagles!! 🎉 Let’s just say it was smiles and cheers (and goosebumps) all around this morning.

Yesterday, we were blessed by an incredible group of young leaders from the Kingsley-Pierson FFA! 💙

This dedicated team traveled to Sioux City to help deliver 11 beds to children in need, ensuring more kids have a safe, comfortable place to sleep.

What makes this group even more special is that their service doesn’t stop there. The Kingsley-Pierson FFA also operates one of our delivery hubs, serving families across a large rural area that includes communities such as Cherokee, Correctionville, and beyond. They consistently step up whenever there is a need, proving that leadership is about action, compassion, and serving others.

We are so grateful for these hardworking students and advisors who continue to make a difference in the lives of children throughout northwest Iowa. Thank you for living out the true meaning of community service and showing what it means to care for your neighbors.

Because of volunteers like you, more children will sleep safely and comfortably tonight. ❤️🛏️
