The local Elks has been supportive of SHP from the beginning! While our waitlist is still overwhelming, it is times like this, we have hope to help more kids!

The Stag committee donated $1000 to Sleep In Heavenly Peace with profits from our Men's Stag. Thanks to Stag chairmen: Jeff Finken, Kevin Kiewel & Ken Lillie for all their work. As if 37 beds delivered on Wednesday evening wasn’t enough… our incredible Newkirk Church delivery team in Hospers, Iowa went right back out on Thursday and delivered 14 MORE beds! 🛏️💙

That brings our chapter total to an unbelievable 51 beds delivered in just TWO days. WOWZA!!!

The impact being made across our delivery radius right now is absolutely incredible. Behind every single bed is a child who now has a safe, comfortable place to sleep tonight.

To all of our volunteers, donors, delivery hubs, and supporters: thank you for continuing to show up in such a big way. The amount of love and hard work poured into these deliveries does not go unnoticed.

WOW. What a Wednesday evening! ❤️

SEVEN delivery teams headed out across our delivery radius and together delivered THIRTY-SEVEN beds to kids who needed them most. 🛏️✨

Just look at these smiles. These are the faces we have permission to share, but please know the joy, excitement, and relief on the faces we can’t share were just as incredible. Every single child mattered. Every single delivery made an impact.

This year has been BUSY in the very best way. More referrals, more deliveries, more volunteers stepping up, and more kids finally getting a safe, comfortable place to sleep.

To our volunteers, donors, sponsors, and supporters: thank you for helping us reach families all across our area. Nights like this remind us exactly why this mission matters so much.

Wow wow WOW!! Elevate Community Church had their Serve Our City event today and chose us as one of the organizations. They had three teams of volunteers who changed lives for 8 families, a total of 17 kids!
