Building a stronger Iowa starts with empowering the women who build it! We are gearing up for our annual Leadership Summit on March 7, 2026, at the IBEW Local 347 hall in Ankeny.
This event is a crucial day of leadership training, mentorship, and networking for tradeswomen and apprentices across the state. But we need YOUR help to make it happen!
