Monte Thayer will be out of the office at the Sinclair Rec Hall from Thursday, Oct. 15 to Monday, Oct. 19. The Rec Hall will be closed for Open Rec Time during this time. Also, the Rec Hall will be totally closed on Friday, Oct. 16th & Saturday, Oct. 17th for a private reservation/rental.

Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

TONIGHT IS THE ANNUAL SINCLAIR FIRE PREVENTION NIGHT!

Come to the Sinclair Rec Hall tonight, Tuesday, Oct. 6th, beginning at 5:30pm for the Annual Fire Prevention Night BBQ. There will be hot dogs & hamburgers and some fixin's until they run out so come early! Also, attendees can receive 2 AA batteries for fire alarms while supplies last.

There will also be some fire prevention swag for the kiddos as they learn about fire prevention and evacuation practices. The fire trucks will be available for everyone to see, get inside and learn about what they are capable of.

ANNUAL SINCLAIR HALLOWEEN CARNIVAL & HAUNTED WALK-THRU!

On Halloween Night, Oct. 31st, from 6-8pm the Town of Sinclair will host their annual Halloween Carnival & Haunted Walk-thru! This event will consist of several Halloween themed games that the kids can play to win prizes & treats. As well, there will be a "haunted walk-thru" for attendees to go through if they dare to take on the witches, ghosts & ghouls! All ages are welcome to attend.

LATINO DANCE & MUSIC NIGHT!

On Saturday, October 24th, the Town of Sinclair will host a Latino Dance & Music Night at the Sinclair Rec Hall. Music will start at 7:30pm with doors opening at 7:00pm. Selena's Eats & Treats will be on hand to serve up your favorite Mexican dishes and adult beverages will be served up by the Rifleman Bar staff.

The opening band is "Escolta Fina," a 3-piece up and coming group that will really set the tone for the evening! The headliners are "Steve Narvais y Grupo Imagan" and if you haven't seen these guys before than you are in for a treat with their fantastic musicianship and high energy show!!

Admission for this event is $10 for adults, $5 for those 13-17 yrs. of age and 12 & under are free.

This event is hosted by the Town of Sinclair and sponsored by the Rawlins Music Academy & Stillhouse Productions.

SINCLAIR TOWN HALLOWEEN LUNCHEON!

On Wednesday, October 21st the Town of Sinclair Recreation Department will host a Halloween Town Luncheon at 11:30am at the Sinclair Community Hall. The main dish & beverages will be provided by the Town of Sinclair and attendees are encouraged to bring their favorite Halloween side dishes or desserts.

Just a reminder that there will not be Senior Doughnuts & Coffee on that day.

SINCLAIR ADULT FIELD TRIP!

On Tuesday, Oct. 13th the Sinclair Recreation Department will host an adult field trip to visit the Rock Springs Museum & the art exhibit at Western Wyoming College. Participants must be at the Sinclair Rec Hall not later than 8:50am and the shuttle bus will depart at 9am. Participants will decide where they want to eat for lunch. We should get back to Sinclair at approximately 4:30pm.

LATINO DANCE & MUSIC NIGHT!
