Hello to everyone reading this message.
I'm aware our community HOA is now limited to only 2x people.
I was wrongfully blocked from the 2024 board by them refusing to acknowledge the 30+ votes for me to be president at our last meeting.
For over a year, all of my posts have been blocked & comments deleted by the 2024 board.
Whatever malice intentions they had are unknown.
I was banned for over half a year, posts blocked, comments deleted, phone calls unanswered.. to prevented me from expressing my thoughts, concerns &/or opinions on OUR FVP.
It is such a shame that we've lost another year due to cliche HOA games. We all know the story. A lot of talk w/ zero action w/ absolutely nothing done & nothing to show.. All the while, your family & friends who come in our neighborhood to visit you have noticed the flagrant issues but just won't say anything.
It's time for a change.
We haven't even had pine straw put down in so years.
The only thing that has been accomplished in over a year is changing a few broken boards down our entrance.

Is there anyone who would like to see me be president for 2025 finally knock out the last round of improvements for our community so that we can actually be proud to come home in the evenings??
By the way, does anyone even know what's going on with our retention ponds?
Our attention ponds look horrible. I hear of our 2024 HOA foolishly paying in advance for services unrendered just for the company to pull a loophole clause in the contract & walk away from the deal with all the $$
My mind is blown and I'm very disappointed with whoever has made these decisions.
I've given this current HOA all the space needed for them to make moves all the while I've offered help multiple times. Nothing has been done. Nothing has been accomplished. We do not even have simple Christmas lights out (that are sitting in our pool house perfectly boxed up in beautiful little packages & ready to be seen by everyone in the community) but noo. Not even a community request for help.
It's really sad. Every resident living in this community is suffering from the broken HOA system of 2024 -whether they realize it or not.
I submitted approximately 34 votes from individual households who wanted me to be president in 2024 however the current/old board collectively decided to reject it & ignore the will of the community.
Please either share your support now or we will all sit around & see how long it takes in our community before anything else is ever accomplished again.
