Tomorrow we begin another session of In Loving Arms.

If you’ve been wondering whether you’re “ready,” know that you don’t have to have the right words or be in a certain place. You simply have to come as you are.

Healing doesn’t happen because you stop grieving. It happens because you no longer carry it alone.

For the next six weeks, we’ll gather in a safe, compassionate space to remember our babies, share our journeys, and support one another.

You may laugh and ache in the same moment.
Celebrate while still missing someone deeply.
Feel gratitude while carrying sadness.

None of those emotions cancel each other out.
They are all part of love. 🤍
