Why do we fundraise? At the end of the season, teams advancing to playoffs face an average of $3,000 in combined fees, including SCAHA entry, post season practice ice, and coaching travel costs. The farther a team goes, the more these expenses can grow.
Our youngest teams do not participate in playoffs, but they often have a final jamboree to celebrate their season. While this fee is not as high, we know some families would still appreciate having that cost reduced.
