We find heroes everywhere! Today Team Ginny visited the morning Rotary Club of Carpinteria, California. Rocky and Tony spoke about the impact of being a kidney donor and kidney recipient. Then we discovered their club already had two kidney donors. Wow! That is the power of Rotary.

Team Ginny - getting support from one of the greats!
Before he passed, the great Ed Asner visited the Rotary Club of Simi Sunrise when we did a fund-raiser showing of the movie “Elf.” Mr. Asner supported many great charitable causes, including his own Ed Asner Family Center. We were honored to get this photo of him with our Team Ginny rock. This rock has been on display here in Simi Valley and is a testament to our hope that we will find a living kidney donor for Ginny.
