Silvis Park Program

Today is the last day to register online! After tonight, you are still able to register, but it will have to be done in person either at our registration event tomorrow from 1:30-3:30 at the McGehee Center, or during regular park program hours.

Online registration will close June 4th at 10pm. After that, you can register in person at our registration event (June 5th from 1:30-3:30 at the McGehee Center) or during regular park program hours.

As a reminder, this program is only for Silvis residents or students living within the Silvis School District.

It’s hard to believe tomorrow is our last day of the summer. We’ll be wrapping things up at 12pm tomorrow so please plan accordingly for rides!

Lots of winners to celebrate today!!

Our annual Parks Got Talent took place today and we saw a lot of diverse talents- martial arts, singing, dancing, paper airplane making, and more!

3rd place was Owen and Barrett with some original jokes, 2nd place was the Iconic 5 with a choreographed dance, and 1st place was Aubreaunna with a song! The counselors started things off with a decades dance to celebrate our director Lauren’s 10th summer at the park!

Jaxson was our Gaga Ball tournament champ!

We also have Monday’s best dressed winners, Maurissa and Liam, Tuesday’s best dressed winner, Malcom, and today’s best dressed- Owen!

Tomorrow is Tie Dye! Wear your tie dye shirt! We’ll have a field trip to the Geneseo Movies! It will be $11 and includes a movie ticket, popcorn, and drink.

Wednesday: Christmas in July! Wear red and green! We will have our Gaga Ball tournament at 11am and Parks Got Talent Talent Show at 1pm

Thursday: Mismatch Day! Wear a crazy outfit! We will have our 4square tournament at 11am and Kona Ice will visit at 1pm for $2 snow cones
