Canyonview Ministries is looking for a full-time Housekeeper / Host to join our mission-driven team in Silverton, Oregon. This role helps create clean, welcoming, Christ-centered spaces where guests can rest, gather, and experience meaningful ministry.

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, hospitable, detail-oriented, flexible, and ready to serve with a joyful heart. Weekends and evenings are necessary, with on-call support as needed.

❤️ A Heartfelt Thank You to Our Canyonview Volunteers ❤️

This weekend was a beautiful reminder that ministry happens through willing hands, servant hearts, and a community that comes together for a greater purpose.

We are incredibly grateful for everyone who showed up for Family Work Day and invested their time, energy, and talents into Canyonview. We had a record turnout of over 75 volunteers!!

Because of your hard work, projects moved forward all across campus:

🌲 Camp improvements and grounds maintenance
🐴 Equestrian Center projects
🪢 Construction of the new Hammock Hub as part of an awesome Eagle Scout project
🏐 Volleyball court improvements
🎯 Airsoft field maintenance and cleanup
🏕 Day Camp enhancements
🔨 Countless other projects throughout the property

Every board moved, w**d pulled, fence repaired, trail cleared, and project completed helps create a place where children, families, churches, schools, and guests can encounter rest, adventure, community, and the love of Christ.

Your service is helping prepare Canyonview for another season of ministry and life-changing experiences.

🛠️ Canyonview Work Day is Tomorrow! 🛠️

We'd love your help as we prepare Canyonview for a busy summer season!
Join us tomorrow from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM for a day of serving together. There are projects for all skill levels, from landscaping to general cleanup and maintenance. Whether you can stay all day or just come for a few hours, your help makes a huge difference.

✅ Skilled and unskilled volunteers welcome
✅ Families are welcome to serve together
✅ Breakfast 8am, Lunch 12pm, and snacks will be provided
✅ Bring work gloves, water bottle, and any favorite tools you may have
Many hands make light work, and every project completed helps us create a safe, welcoming place where campers can experience adventure, community, and the love of Christ.

Every child deserves the chance to experience camp, make lifelong memories, grow in confidence, and hear about the love of Jesus no matter their financial situation. ❤️
This summer, you can help make that possible through Camp Scholarships (Camperships) at Canyonview! Day Camp costs around $210 per camper, and Horse Camp ranges from $350–$700. For many families, those costs can be difficult, but together we can remove barriers and give more kids the opportunity to come to camp.
Whether you give $10, $50, or sponsor an entire camper, every donation makes a difference and helps share the Gospel with children who may not otherwise be able to attend.
