TODAY:

There will be hotdogs and hamburgers available at the Train Station between 2-5pm. A free will offering (donation) is appreciated for needed repairs & updates. We also have Silverton Train Station T-shirts for sale as well to raise funds. Stop by to meet friends and neighbors!

REMINDER:

We will be open once again at the Silverton Train Station & Museum! Join us this Sunday the 24th from 2-5pm! Stop by to view the contents of the Museum and meet some of your neighbors & friends!

We will also be selling our Silverton Train Station & Museum T-shirts for $15 each (cash only please at this time). They are available in either blue shirt with white logo, or white shirt with blue logo. The proceeds go to help fund needed updates and repairs to the Train Station.

Our monthly Block Watch Meeting took place last night. Thank you to all that attended and participated in the meeting! We had reports from Mayor Smith, Lt. Robin Reid, and Block Watch members reporting about upcoming events. The meeting concluded with a Split-the-Pot-Raffle and door prizes!

There are many events coming up in Silverton in the next few months, so stay tuned! If anyone would like to volunteer, please let us know. Thank you!

Tonight's Silverton Block Watch Meeting will be at 6 pm at the Deer Park-Silverton Fire House on Blue Ash Road - Silverton, OH 45236. Come and meet your neighbors and bring a friend!

We will also have Train Station T-shirts for sale ($15 each - cash only, please) and if anyone needs a yard sign (free) to advertise the upcoming monthly meetings, let us know tonight.

COMING UP THIS SUNDAY:

Join us on Sunday, May 10th at the Silverton Train Station & Museum! We will once again be open from 2-5pm to visit the Train Station and view its contents. Come and meet your neighbors!

One day, two ways to spring clean! On Saturday, April 25, the Village of Silverton is hosting two community events:

⚫Community Shredding Event: 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Silverton Elementary School. Safely dispose of old documents and papers. Free for all Village residents (photo ID required).

Accepted: office paper, magazines, file folders, Post-it notes and more.
Not accepted: CDs, hard drives, x-rays, binders, cardboard, plastics, etc.

⚫DEA Drug Takeback Event: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Town Hall. Safely dispose of unused or expired prescription medications.

Thank you to all that attended last night's Silverton Block Watch Meeting! Our guest speaker was Candace Bates, Agent with State Farm who has a local office here in Silverton. Thank you, Candace!

Our meeting included reports from Mayor Smith, Village Manager Jack Cameron and Lt. Robin Reid from the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office. Thanks to everyone that voiced concerns and offered suggestions. We concluded the meeting with door prizes and a split-the-pot raffle.
